Meal Plan Monday - Week 28

We had a wonderful week of vacation. Lake time, family time, great meals and a ton of fun. I did work a little here and there, but just so that I wouldn't be so behind this week. Nothing like a year ago and not even having the opportunity to take a whole week off.

This week the weather looks like it will be gorgeous and we have an easy breezy week planned.

Monday
Plans - home, catch up on the house
Dinner - Beer marinated pork chops, penne with sauteed tomatoes and pesto (we had not had these pork chops in a while, they are SO good!)

Tuesday
Plans - Summit happy hour and updates to changes at the brewery
Dinner - Pizza

Wednesday
Plans - Stella has to go to the vet
Dinner - I may have to fill this in later, we may meet a friend for HH or dinner

Thursday
Plans - Sister J is home for a week, can't wait to see her!
Dinner - Restaurant week - Capitol Grill - num!

Friday
Plans - Birthday Dinner for a good friend - more on that next week
Dinner - Still pulling together the menu

Saturday
Plans - Summit duty, Concert at the Zoo, Dinner with friends
Dinner - Dinner with friends, I may bring dessert!

Sunday
Plans - Air Show
Dinner - I am planning on packing some dinner foods, but we will probably eat out near the air show, can't wait!
