eBay finds!

From time to time I will check out eBay for J Crew or Lilly finds that I have been looking for or wanting. A few weeks back I bid on and won this skirt from the J Crew 2007 Summer collection. I think it is going to be a great easy piece for summer.

The seller was so absolutely sweet, that she added this in as a special surprise!

I cannot tell you how surprised and excited I was. I love bangles and not only with this look adorable with the skirt, but I have the Favorite Fit capri's with the red embroidered lobsters. I also have this dress,

You would think that I am a huge lobster lover. But, I can't even go near the stuff. Deathly allergic. But they do remind me of summer and fun. I am always on the look out for this sweater from J Crew as well, but I don't see it come up very often under $100.

Diamonds are a Girls Best Friend

I am TRYING to think about Spring and getting ready for the warmer weather. But realistically we got 8 to 10 inches on Friday and flurries all weekend. BUT, I am also trying to pack, and it is one thing to venture out and not know what the weather is going to do, it is another thing to leave for two weeks and need a multitude of different types of clothing. But it was really fun to see this as I was trying to get myself organized.
A recipe tomorrow, it has been one of those days. . .

So we popped into JCrew this past weekend, I love the one by my house, and I have a special sales person there that is a great deal of help!

Here are some of the great deals I picked up this weekend that I am looking forward to taking with on my trip this weekend!

I think I am argyle obsessed. Kind of the preppy norm though.

The color on this one is called Poppy which was a must have since the boy calls me Poppy.

I love these bags, perfect for fall and they are a great size, yes two were necessary.


This is a great dress, and I love that it is one of those great dresses that pack and travel so well. I actually tried it on in the store and received three compliments on it from complete strangers before even showing it to the boy, so I knew it was a must have.

Had to pick up some new headbands.
