Meal Plan Monday - Week 27

We had a wonderful weekend with friends away, it was absolutely gorgeous weather and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

This week is a mish mash of travel, home, travel, fun. Looking forward to a wonderful 4th of July week!

Monday
Plans - movie screening of Spiderman
Dinner - out

Tuesday
Plans - travel up to Perham, MN to stay at a resort with my sister and her family
Dinner - On our way back from the lake house in Wisconsin, we stopped at this special meat place where they make all kinds of different sausages, so we picked some up and I think they will be perfect for our first night. I am also planning on making this salad to go with it, of course, a Pinterest recipe.

Wednesday
Plans - Hanging at the lake all day! Watching fireworks and setting some off!
Dinner - Sloppy joe's - need to make sure that we have stuff the kids will like and eat as well. Also making this salad to go with it, another Pinterest recipe!

Thursday
Plans - more lake time and traveling back home.
Dinner - on the road

Friday
Plans - leave for the boys parents lake house
Dinner - Burgers on the grill

Saturday
Plans - Hanging at the lake
Dinner - Steak and I am not sure what else to make with it yet.

Sunday
Plans - Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw at Target Field, cannot wait!
Dinner - out some where
