On the Menu Monday (MPM) - Week 37

Weekends go by way too quickly, especially when weather is as beautiful as it was here this past weekend. We had a great time Friday night out with friends at the Excelsior Brewing Company and then dinner and the theater at the newly re-opened Old Log Theater. It is the oldest, longest running theater west of the Mississippi. It was a wonderful evening.

Saturday was spent cleaning the house, organizing and purging. It always feel so refreshing to have a clean house. Most of my friends and neighbors have cleaning people. I don't have that luxury unfortunately, maybe someday. I don't mind cleaning though, and the boy is a huge help which is always nice too. Saturday night was spent in town for James J. Hill days where we caught Big & Rich. It was a really nice night and a ton of fun.

Sunday was errands. The boy and I have started looking for pieces for the sitting room. I have a Pinterest board with all of my ideas. I can't wait to see how it all comes together. My goal was to have this room completed in time for the boys birthday dinner party since you look from one room to the other. He gets started tomorrow night, we cleaned out the furniture from there tonight. So excited!

Here is what we have going on around here this week!

Plans - Home, moved furniture from sitting room, made dip for Bunco tomorrow night.
