A couple months ago I sent a letter into a local tv show nominating my sister for a Kitchen Takeover on a local tv show. My sister doesn't like to cook and she isn't very good at just opening up the cupboard and throwing a bunch of stuff together. For me these things come pretty easily, adjusting recipes and such. At her house, it is take out, chicken nuggets or something out of a bag or a can.
Chef Daniel Green came in and taught her how to make chicken lettuce wraps, and the kids (and my brother in law and I) loved them. My sister also started eating meat again after being a vegetarian for the past four years, so it makes life a little easier now when planning family functions!
