MelaCountdown to the holidays is on. Of course so is the countdown to the launch of my big project. That being said, between the hours that the boy and I are keeping at work, everything is pretty much the last minute and we are looking for ease here.
Monday - Friend J picks up her little dog Max who we had stay with us. Lasagna Soup and Pear and Pomegranate salad (both were very good)
Tuesday - Junior League Holiday Dinner Celebration
Wednesday - Movie Screening "How Do You Know" if we can get out of work on time. Dinner on the go.
Thursday - Pork Chops and Apples, Mashed Potatoes (pre-made)
Friday - Dinner out
Saturday - Internal Production Release for big Project at work, not sure about dinner yet
Sunday - Family Party - our house - everyone brings different appetizers, not sure what I am going to make yet, cheese and meat platter for sure, not sure what else.
So much left to do for the holidays and to get the house ready for the party. Cards got ordered late this year so they are not even due to arrive until tomorrow, so those will need to get addressed and stamped yet this week as well. . . .
