Dinner: Salmon, rice, asparagus

Plans: Our original plans had us leaving for the lake, but they are up in the air at the moment, so once we get things straightened out, I will update things, but at the moment we are unsure of plans for the weekend of the 4th. A little disappointing as this is one of my all time favorite holidays, but I also know that these things happen and I am ready to just roll with things at the moment.
