Things I am Digging!

This has been just a crazy week, I can hardly catch my breath. BUT, a fun week nonetheless!

We have been doing a lot of dining al fresco lately, and I just love getting the table set up and planning the food.

One of the things that has been a huge hit with everyone, is mini burgers. They are so easy to make, take no time at all to cook up and you can add a wide array of toppings to them.
Here is the gang from dinner Friday night, minus myself and Sister S and her husband and little guy. They had to leave to get the little guy home and put in bed. Love the boys VV polo and patchwork madras shorts!
My herbs have been out of control this summer and I am just loving incorporating them into dishes. I have thyme, basil, mint, dill and cilantro at my house. Chives, basil, dill, rosemary, cilantro and mint at the boys. And up at the lake I have rosemary, basil, chives, mint, cilantro and dill.
The flowers are popping every where, I am just loving all of the colors, especially the pinks. I would love to have a huge beautiful cutting garden, but for now I will just shop the Farmers Market.
I was lucky enough today to have these little people join me for lunch with their mommies. HOW FUN! They are ALL SO CUTE! And they all seem to have a great time together. My niece G, nephew G and the older nephew J as well as my girlfriend B's two sweetie K and the motocross racer B. This was a first for me, and I can't wait to do it again!
