Great weekend, recap to follow, but here is how the week is shaping up!
Monday - Artichoke Chicken, Wild Rice, Sauteed Zucchini (girls for dinner and more planning)
Tuesday - Meeting with wine importer and girls from TCUncorked at Lucia's Wine Bar
Wednesday - Dinner on the go, dessert at my sisters to celebrate her birthday
Thursday - Possibly a Saints game and tailgating, if not, dinner and the screening of "The Collector"
Friday - Couples Dinner with an Italian theme (I need to bring something to share, still working on this!)
Saturday - No plans (AT ALL) at this time, should be nice!
Sunday - Twin Cities Polo Classic for Children's Cancer Research Fund
Should be a good week even though I am not cooking much this week, who knows, maybe we will Saturday!
