Recipe of the Week! Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

The darling Miss K. brought these and the recipe over Friday night for girls night, I had to make a batch up Sunday for the parent meeting dinner, they are SO good! Enjoy!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 C. white sugar
1/4 C. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 smaller size can of pure pumpkin
1/4 C. water
1 1/2 C. all purpose flour
3/4 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. ground cloves
1 1/4 t. ground cinnamon
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. ground nutmeg
1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips (Ghiradelli are SO good!)

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour muffin pan or use paper liners.
2. Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin and water. In a separate bowl mix together the baking flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices and salt. Add wet mixture and stir in chocolate chips.
3. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
