Getting Settled

So I am settling into my job, getting into the groove, taking things day by day and I am really liking it so far. I was bummed to find out this week that one of the girls that I really like here may be leaving soon. That totally bums me out. But hopefully some of the changes that I am making with my project team will start to work out and we will keep forging ahead. I am really excited about working here and so far I really like it.

Had a fun week with the boy. From time to time he can be challenging, but as long as we can talk and communicate we will work things through. I think this is the first time ever that we are going to spend three evenings together, I really enjoy that. I have not spent the night with him in almost two weeks, and that I am kind of bummed about and I know that I am not going to tonight since he had drills, but I do just enjoy spending time with him.

We saw the premiere of one of the best movies I have seen in a LONG time Little Miss Sunshine. We both laughed pretty much the entire way through it. Great film. We had dinner in Uptown as well and he really enjoyed that. He is such a sweetie sometimes I wonder what I ever did without him in my life.

Hoping to get to the Uptown Artfair this weekend, other than that not too much on my agenda. The boy has reserves so he will be in dispose for the weekend which sucks but have to take the good with the bad. I will get through I guess. I just hope that he either stays here next weekend or invites me to the lake, we will see.
