On the Menu Monday (MPM) - Week 5

We had a wonderful, relaxing but cold weekend! More to come later this week on that, but it was a great weekend, lots of good food and good times with friends. 
 
This week is supposed to be very very cold (again). Schools are closed once again for tomorrow, and there is talk for Tuesday as well. We will be staying in a lot this week. 
 
 
Monday
Plans - I will be working remote since the wind chills are supposed to be around -40.
Breakfast and Lunch -  Yogurt, fruit and turkey taco salad
Dinner - Making cauliflower soup as well as ribs that have to be cooked up.(made this Tuesday). I made this Tuscan Garlic Chicken without the pasta

Tuesday
Plans - Most likely working remote again,
Breakfast and Lunch - Yogurt, fruit, cauliflower soup
Dinner - I came across a blog last week with so many awesome recipes, cannot wait to try a few, Cooking Classy this is the first of many I am hoping to try, Cashew Chicken (see Monday - I really want to make this though - moving to next week)

Wednesday
Plans -Maybe we will get to the gym after work. Perfect day to have a crock pot meal going for when we get home.We did a Costco run and then went to Lago Tacos for dinner and saw Jack Ryan, awesome movie.
Breakfast and Lunch - Cottage cheese, fruit, turkey taco salad

Thursday
Plans - Home
Breakfast and Lunch - Yogurt, fruit, cauliflower soup

Friday
Plans - We are hosting a cocktail party for former co-workers
Breakfast and Lunch - Cottage Cheese, fruit, leftovers
Dinner - Putting together some appetizers, will probably post next week

Saturday 
Plans - Baby shower for one of the boys cousins
Breakfast and Lunch - Brunch at the shower
Dinner - Out with the boy

Sunday
Plans - Superbowl Sunday - we were invited to a few parties, but I think we are going to my sisters for a chili cook off.
Breakfast and Lunch - Clean out the fridge - get ready for the week
Dinner - The boy will make a chili, not sure if I am going to as well. But I am definitely making these chicken won ton cups
