Meal Plan Monday - Week 15

I really need to get on the ball. Lately I feel like there just are not enough hours in the day. We worked on the house and organization this weekend. I went through one half of one of my closets, and it took the majority of one day. But I got rid of a whole pile of clothes and seemed to be able to weed through quite a bit. Now I just have to find time to complete the task. I have been slowly taking out summer clothes, with the weather as nice as it has been, I haven't worn a winter coat since February!

We have a busy week, so not a lot of meal planning, and next week will be more of the same since I am traveling.

Plans - Twins Home Opener, friends for a baseball themed dinner. They just got back from a five week trip to Thailand and Vietnam, so we are going to get to see their pictures!
Dinner - Ribs, Roasted Garlic Rosemary Potatoes, Corn on the Cob (these ribs were some of the best ribs I have ever made, the rub is fabulous, the boy could not believe there was mustard on them!)

Plans - JLM Placement Fair, Bunco
Dinner - McCoy's (near the placement fair)

Plans - Errands - I am going to try to consign some of my better pieces from my closet I cleaned out.
Dinner - Dino's Gyros

Plans - Friends W & L for dinner
Dinner - Honey Thyme Roast Pork Tenderloin, roasted lemon potatoes, green beans

Plans - Work colleagues in town
Dinner - Out Parma 8200

Plans - All day work conference
Dinner - Out Burger Jones is the plan at the moment

Plans - Brunch on Lake Minnetonka and then leave for TRF
Dinner - On the road

I spent almost 3 days shredding duplicate checks. The fumes from the paper got so bad that I had to open the windows and run the fan. lol
I promised myself that I'll never let it get that bad again!
