Meal Plan Monday! Week 46

We had a good weekend here, busy, but good. I think I am coming down with something, so I did get a really nice nap in there too.

I got back into town Friday and we immediately left for a wine tasting, sponsored by the Junior League at North Loop Wine and Spirits. We had a really nice time, caught up with friends and then went for dinner at the Monte Carlo. Saturday was spent cleaning the house, running errands and getting ready for a get together at a friends house. We had a great time at a French tasting, with a great group of friends!

Sunday we had the most amazing brunch at a Twin Cities landmark, The Nicollet Island Inn. Brunch is a wonderful five courses, decadent and a real treat. A couple of my favorite courses. . .

Duck Confit Hash
Eggplant Caprese
Croque Monsieur

I didn't even get pictures of all of the courses, we got too busy diving in, but it was absolutely wonderful!

This week is another week on the road, and hopefully the last for a while. The travel gets to be a bit much, especially when it is for the third week in a row.
