Getting the menu finalized for Mother's Day, this is what we have so far
Fresh fruit cups (no cantaloupe, the boys mom HATES it!)
Farmer's Casserole or Christmas Morning Casserole (I can't decide, they are both very similar and look delicious!)
Baked French Toast with Nut Topping (I am not 100% sold on this, hoping to do some more research tomorrow)
Sausage and Bacon
Cranberry Orange Muffins
Mimosas, Orange Juice and Coffee
Any thoughts, suggestions or recipe ideas, I would love them. Now I am off to teach a cooking class at Byerly's, scared out of my mind, but I am sure it will be fun. The boy and I decided to take tomorrow off and see a breakfast screening for Iron Man 2 and get things ready for Mother's Day. I want to set the perfect table of course, pictures to come tomorrow!

The big treat I look forward to every Mother's day is a fresh scone, in bed! I think this year I may opt to bake my own and make a strawberry butter to put on it. Your menu sounds great. Here is a slight twist on the breakfast casserole.
