Recipe of the Week!

Again, this is probably a recipe you have seen before, and I am sure I got it from somewhere, but this is my standard guacamole recipe, enjoy, we made it twice last week! Nice good warm tortilla chips and a margaritas a must to accompany!

Jilly's Guacamole

2 Large ripe avocados
1 small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 medium size red onion, chopped
3 roma tomatoes (if this is not handy sometimes I just add a little salsa)
2 to 3 garlic cloves diced
the juice of one lime
salt and pepper to taste
a dash of Worcestershire's sauce

Smash avocado together in a bowl, stir in red onion, tomato, garlic and cilantro, squeeze lime all over, add a dash of Worcestershire , salt and pepper to taste. Serve with warm chips and a margarita! Ole!
