Okay, my week is going to be completely screwed up this week since I am just getting back from the lake today, but how could I go without a recipe. I will get a recap from the weekend in here somewhere with a few pictures, it was quite a weekend and I feel as though I am going to need the rest of the week to recover. I made this over the weekend for the crowd, it works out wonderfully but I forgot to take a picture of it, but once I post the recap that will be understandable. The recipe originated with the darling duo B & K, we had it the weekend before at her birthday party and I thought it would be a good idea for the weekend, and it was! If you ever need something different for a crowd, this is wonderful!
Pulled Beef Sandwiches with a kick!
1 2-3 lb beef roast
1 (or two) jars of pickled pepperdillo peppers
1 package dry (Good Seasons) Italian Dressing seasoning
1 Container Au Jus
Place all ingredients into a large size crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Prior to serving if the beef has not shredded on its own, use a fork to pull apart. Serve on buns with provolone cheese.
