One of the things that I absolutely love about the Food and Wine Show, is discovering new products. I may be a little late to the party on this one, but have you seen the mozzarella sheets? How great are these?
One of my favorite salads, especially to make for company, is a basic caprese salad. I think that this would be a great way to dress it up.
Can you just imagine all of the possibilities?
