Meal Plan Monday!

So on Friday work was nuts, and my trip to Boston had to get pushed out do to meetings I needed to be at here. I hate to say it, but I was SO happy. I got to go to the MOCA gala last night with sister S, her mom, T and the boy. It was so much fun and a spectacular night. They raised a ton of money for Ovarian Cancer research.

So now that plans have changed, I get to be home and plan stuff for the week!
Monday - Tomato, cucumber and red onion dill and vinegar salad, broiled tilapia, and Zucchini Pie
Tuesday - Latin Style Chicken and Rice - hopefully if I can get home from work at a decent time. We are going to see either the screening of "The Ugly Truth" or "Humpday"
Wednesday - Chipotle and the screening of "Julie & Julia" cannot wait to see this one
Thursday - TCUncorked Red, White and Bluegrass picnic
Friday - Shopping for a wedding gift and dinner out, somewhere
Saturday - Wedding reception, pig roast, spending the night at Phipps Inn in Hudson, WI
Sunday - something easy, most likely ordering a pizza so the boy can get his lawn mowed.
