Things I am Digging!

It has been a busy week already, but it seems to be dragging for some reason. It is really really cold here too, so I am sure that doesn't help, it is 2 at the moment. . . .

But, here are some things I am digging!

Here are the shoes that I picked up from Ann Taylor for my company holiday party on Saturday. I bought a dress for our JLM Eve of Eve party that is the same color, so I will probably wear them for that as well. They are very comfortable, so that was a bonus!
I have a new favorite wine. I have lost count of how many bottles I have gone through since I came across it, but it is very good and very reasonably priced. I wish it was made out of cupcakes too, but what a great wine to bring for a girls night, right?
I mentioned the other day that we went over to sister J's for dinner last Friday night, well we brought this game to play, and it is hysterical. I laughed so hard my stomach hurt all weekend. It is really a lot of fun, and I think that it could be a great family game as well.
Here are some examples of the cards, so you can get an idea.
I have been making salmon at least once a week, and sometimes I just need to whip something up easy, so I have been keeping a container of Target's Archer Farms Roasted Pineapple Chipotle salsa to have over top of it after just baking it in the oven with salt and pepper, SO good, especially with rice. This is the salsa on pork, it is really versatile and very tasty.
This is a need. A want. A help to clean out and keep my linen closet organized, but I really need something to keep my cosmetics organized.
We are off to see a sneak preview screening of Nothing Like the Holidays tonight, so I am looking forward to that. I also need to pick up the last of the items needed for the party Saturday. Tomorrow night is a HH and another sneak preview screening, tomorrow's is Yes Man, so at least we are catching some good movies hopefully this week!

I love those shoes. I always say God had mercy on me and made me tall, or otherwise I'd spend all my hard-earned money on shoes. Now I ration myself a bit because many that I really like have high heels and I would be over 6 feet if I wore them. I'll make a note of that salsa, as we're big salmon eaters at our house, too.
