Meal Plan Monday - Week 20

We had a fabulous weekend, more on that later. Quick Meal Plan and schedule for the week.

Monday
Plans - Work on yard, trip to Lowe's for more mulch, finish planting herbs and two more pots of flowers
Dinner - Leftovers (we have a FRIDGE FULL!) We wound up grabbing a bite out at Dicky's BBQ, new to us, VERY good.

Tuesday
Plans - Friends M & C for dinner on the deck
Dinner - Steaks on the grill, potatoes, salad (this may change)  Grilled Chicken, stuffed with pesto topped with tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil on top of baby arugula served with pasta made with the Philadelphia cream sauce.

Wednesday
Plans - More work on the yard and in the house
Dinner - More Leftovers (see Monday) Keilbasa kebobs with green and orange pepper along with red onion brushed with a honey pineapple glaze served along side white rice with ginger, pineapple and green onion.

Thursday
Plans - Friend L, sister J and also M coming for dinner and to meet Stella
Dinner - Beer soaked brats on the grill This was DELICIOUS! Spicy Pork Tenderloin with green beans with garlic butter and arugula, goat cheese, blueberries, sweet and spicy walnuts with a pomegranate dressing (this was a really good menu, I will definitely be using it again)

Friday
Plans - Home, catch up on DVR
Dinner - Finish cleaning out the fridge Birch's for dinner, we were in the mood to eat out.

Saturday
Plans - Friends J & S for dinner, Miss Grace to come for a slumber party with Little Stella
Dinner - This one will have to be updated. I want to find something fun to make, but it does depend on the weather.Marinated Balsamic Olives, Spicy Jack Cheese Crisps (appetizers), Mint Bellini's, Lemon Flank Steak (it calls for skewers but I am just going to make steak), with a lemon dipping sauce, Smoked Mozzarella Pasta Salad, Grilled Asparagus, dessert from local pastry shop

Sunday
Plans - Hopefully work more on the yard, weather cooperating.
Dinner - Ribs on the grill? Fogo de Chao with friends.
